RCB Thrills Bengaluru with Narrow Two-Run Victory Over Chennai Super Kings
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) edged out Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in a thrilling encounter at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, winning by just two runs in IPL 2025 match 52. RCB posted a formidable total of 213/5 in their 20 overs, powered by explosive half-centuries from Jacob Bethell (55 off 33), Virat Kohli (62 off 33), and Romario Shephard’s late assault (53 off 14).
In response, CSK fought valiantly, with Ayush Mhatre’s blistering 94 (48) and Ravindra Jadeja’s 77 (45) taking the chase down to the wire. Despite a valiant late push, CSK finished at 211/5, falling just short of RCB’s total.
